2. What are the purposes of processing your data?

KENAY HOME will process your information for the following purposes:

a) To respond to your requests or inquiries as a user of the Website.

b) Management of orders placed and products purchased.

c) The shipping and effective delivery of said products.

d) The application and management of established legal guarantees.

e) To finance your purchase.

f) The maintenance of commercial, promotional and advertising communications, provided that you have given us your consent.

3. How long will we keep your data?

Personal data will only be transferred or communicated to third parties directly related to Kenay Home, such as collaborators or companies belonging to Kenay Home, with the same purposes as mentioned above, except in cases provided by law and communicated to other third parties.

You also agree to keep your data in the aforementioned file for a maximum period of twelve months, in order to be considered for any selection processes that may be carried out by the Company or third parties directly related to it.
